To order a repeat prescription please either submit your repeat prescription form to reception.

Please include your name, date of birth and full details of the medication you require in your email. Unfortunately we cannot reply to emails sent to this address. We endeavour to have your prescription ready in 48 hours as long as the request has been received before 1 pm. If you have arrangements with one of the local chemists, we will send the prescription there.
